Betwos Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of all services provided by Betwos, including but not limited to Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, poker, badminton, e-sports, and live matches.

Betwos reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Betwos operates under a valid international betting licence. All betting activity on the Betwos platform is intended for entertainment purposes and must be conducted responsibly by eligible adult players.

To register and use the Betwos platform, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• A Malaysian citizen or permanent resident residing in Malaysia.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Never been banned from using any betting service by a court or regulatory body.
• Not registering on behalf of another person, including family members or business partners.

Betwos reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is unable to verify that they meet the minimum age requirement, their account will be suspended immediately pending successful verification.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) Betwos account. Holding more than one account, whether directly or through another party, is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately and truthfully:

• Full name as stated on your Malaysian identity card (MyKad).
• A valid date of birth.
• An active Malaysian mobile number.
• A valid and active email address.
• Bank or e-wallet details for payment purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Betwos account username and password. Betwos will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

Betwos conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process that may require you to submit documents such as a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or proof of address. Failure to complete the KYC process may result in restrictions being placed on your account.

Betwos accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods only:

All deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name. Betwos reserves the right to reject or withhold deposits made from unrecognised sources or those that do not match the name on the Betwos account.

Betwos processes withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for accounts that have completed full KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except in certain circumstances approved by the Betwos team.

Withdrawal terms you need to know:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• The maximum daily withdrawal amount is RM50,000 for standard accounts.
• Bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Your first withdrawal requires full account verification (KYC).
• Betwos reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks for withdrawals exceeding RM10,000.

Betwos reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing by up to 48 hours in cases where additional security verification is required, particularly for large winnings or unusual account activity.

Betwos offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to its members, including a welcome bonus of up to RM500, daily reload bonuses, and weekly cashback. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and the specific terms stated in each respective promotion.

General terms applicable to all Betwos bonuses:

• The welcome bonus is available exclusively to new members making their first deposit.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may not be withdrawn until rollover requirements have been met.
• Betwos reserves the right to void any bonus if misuse or fraud is found to have occurred.
• Bets placed with stakes below RM1 will not count towards fulfilling rollover requirements.
• Games excluded from rollover requirements will be specified in the relevant promotional terms.

Betwos offers betting on a wide range of sports and events, including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, and other leagues), badminton (BWF World Tour, Thomas Cup), poker, Live Casino, and e-sports. All bets are subject to the following rules:

• Bets are considered final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the Betwos system, except in cases of proven technical error.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, all related bets will be voided and stakes refunded, unless the event resumes within 48 hours.
• Odds displayed on Betwos are final unless an obvious technical error has occurred. Betwos reserves the right to correct any erroneous odds resulting from a system error.
• In-play betting (during live matches) may be subject to processing delays due to system verification requirements.
• Betwos reserves the right to limit the betting limits for any player or event without the need to provide reasons.
• Official rulings from the relevant sports governing bodies (such as BWF for badminton and FIFA for football) will be used to determine betting outcomes.

For casino games such as slots, blackjack, roulette, and baccarat, outcomes generated by an audited Random Number Generator (RNG) are final and cannot be disputed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Betwos platform and may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where necessary:

• Money laundering: Using the Betwos platform for money laundering or concealing proceeds of crime.
• Fraud and cheating: Using software, bots, algorithms or any other unfair methods to gain an advantage in games.
• Multiple accounts: Holding more than one Betwos account, whether directly or through an intermediary.
• Account sharing: Allowing another person to use your Betwos account, or using someone else's account.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotions through dishonest means or in a manner that clearly goes against the intent of the promotion.
• Threats and harassment: Threatening, harassing, or behaving rudely towards the Betwos support team.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in Poker.

Betwos reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to meet KYC requirements or provide the necessary documents.
• Suspicious or unexplained activity on an account.
• A request from a competent legal authority.
• At your own request for self-exclusion.

If your account is closed for reasons not involving any breach on your part, any valid balance in your account will be refunded via your original payment method within 7 business days.

Betwos collects and processes your personal information in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and the Betwos Privacy Policy, which can be read in full on the Privacy Policy page.

The information we collect includes name, date of birth, phone number, email address, transaction records, and betting records. This information is used for the following purposes:

• Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

You are prohibited from:

• Copying, distributing, republishing, or using any part of Betwos content without our prior written permission.
• Modifying, translating, or creating derivative works from any Betwos content.
• Using the Betwos name, logo, or trademarks for commercial purposes without prior approval.
• Reverse engineering any Betwos software or systems.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, Betwos shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from your betting activity on the Betwos platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet issues, power outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Betwos platform.
• The accuracy, completeness or suitability of any information provided on the platform for any particular purpose.

Betwos's total maximum liability to you under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Betwos reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via:

• In-platform notifications on Betwos upon login.
• Email to the address registered with your account.
• Announcements on the Betwos homepage.

Amended terms will take effect after 7 days' notice, except where changes are required by law or a regulatory body, in which case they take effect immediately. Continued use of the Betwos platform after the notice period constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
